Terms of Service
Welcome to /supply. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the /supply website, dashboard, Discord services, and any products or services provided by /supply (“Services”).
By accessing our Services or purchasing any product from /supply, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, to purchase products or use our Services.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide during checkout is accurate.
Your /supply Account
- Where an account or dashboard is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
- You must immediately notify /supply if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
- We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our Services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, fraud has occurred, or our Services are being abused.
Digital Products
/supply specializes in digital email-account products. Depending on current availability, products may include:
- IMAP / AYCD Inbox Outlook & Hotmail accounts
- Forwarded Outlook & Hotmail accounts
- IMAP / AYCD Inbox GMX accounts
- Forwarded iCloud accounts
- Other email accounts or related digital products offered through /supply
The exact specifications, format, quantity, delivery method, and applicable warranty are determined by the product description shown at the time of purchase.
Because these are digital products, an order is considered delivered once the purchased credentials, accounts, files, or other digital goods have been made available to the customer through the /supply dashboard or another agreed delivery method.
Product Functionality
/supply takes reasonable measures to ensure that products meet the specifications stated at the time of sale.
However, email accounts operate on infrastructure and platforms controlled by independent third parties, including Microsoft, Apple, GMX and other providers.
/supply does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will not modify its systems, authentication methods, security measures, APIs, policies, restrictions, or account requirements.
Unless a specific product warranty states otherwise, /supply therefore cannot guarantee permanent or indefinite functionality of any account.
Warranty & Replacements
Certain /supply products may include a limited warranty or replacement period.
The applicable warranty period will be stated in the relevant product description, order information, or other official /supply sales material.
A warranty applies only to the product and functionality expressly covered by that warranty.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, /supply may provide replacement accounts, replacement credentials, account credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances and product involved.
A warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Customer misuse or incorrect configuration
- Changes made to supplied credentials or account information
- Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Violations of a third-party provider's rules or policies
- Suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity
- Customer-side software, proxy, network, automation, or configuration issues
- Actions or restrictions caused by services outside /supply's control
- Any other use that materially differs from the condition in which the product was originally delivered
Customers must provide sufficient information for /supply to verify a warranty claim.
Attempting to submit false, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise fraudulent replacement claims may result in rejection of the claim and suspension of access to /supply.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for verifying that delivered products correspond to the order and for reporting any delivery issue within the applicable warranty or reporting period.
Customers are responsible for their own setup, software, proxies, automation tools, network environment, and use of purchased accounts.
Compatibility with a particular third-party application, bot, platform, website, or service is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the relevant product description.
Third-Party Platforms
Products sold by /supply may depend on third-party services operated by companies such as Microsoft, Apple, GMX, or other providers.
/supply is independent from these companies unless expressly stated otherwise.
We cannot control actions taken by third-party providers, including:
- Account locks or security challenges
- Password or authentication requirements
- IMAP, POP3, SMTP, OAuth or API changes
- Account restrictions
- Platform updates
- Service outages
- Account suspensions or terminations
- Changes to anti-abuse or security systems
The customer acknowledges that these risks are inherent when purchasing and using digital accounts operated on third-party infrastructure.
Where an issue falls within an explicitly provided /supply warranty, the applicable warranty terms will continue to apply.
Acceptable Use
All /supply products and Services must be used in compliance with applicable law.
Products may not be used for fraud, phishing, identity theft, malware distribution, unauthorized access to systems, unlawful spam, harassment, or any other illegal activity.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of purchased products complies with applicable laws and any third-party rules that apply to their activities.
/supply reserves the right to refuse service or suspend customers who use our Services for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Reselling
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, customers may resell digital products purchased from /supply.
- Resellers are responsible for their own customers, pricing, representations, support, and compliance with applicable laws.
- /supply does not automatically assume responsibility for agreements made between a reseller and the reseller's customers.
- Resellers may not falsely represent themselves as /supply, claim to be officially operated by /supply, or use /supply branding in a manner that suggests an unauthorized official relationship.
Payments
- All prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to the respective order unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or delivered.
- Orders may be subject to automated or manual fraud and payment verification.
- We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order where payment cannot be verified or where we reasonably suspect unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, completed and successfully delivered orders are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Customers should contact /supply Support before initiating a payment dispute if they believe an order was incorrectly delivered or a valid warranty obligation has not been fulfilled.
Where a product is defective and covered by an applicable warranty, /supply will normally attempt to resolve the issue through replacement, redelivery, account credit, or another appropriate solution before considering a monetary refund.
Refunds will not normally be issued for problems resulting from customer misuse, incompatibility with an unstated third-party service, or actions taken by third-party platforms outside the scope of an applicable /supply warranty.
Nothing in these Terms excludes refund, cancellation, or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are prohibited.
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first making a reasonable attempt to resolve an eligible delivery or warranty issue with /supply, we may suspend the customer's access to our Services while the dispute is investigated.
We reserve the right to provide payment processors with relevant order, delivery, account-access, support, and transaction records necessary to respond to a dispute.
This section does not limit any payment-dispute rights that cannot legally be waived.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates displayed by /supply are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed otherwise.
Products marked as “Instant Delivery” are normally delivered automatically when sufficient stock is available.
Temporary delays may occur because of stock availability, technical issues, payment verification, maintenance, or other circumstances.
A delivery estimate does not constitute a guarantee unless explicitly identified as one.
Promotions, Discounts & Affiliate Program
Promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, affiliate rewards, group buys, and similar offers may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.
Abuse of promotions, referral codes, affiliate rewards, or giveaways may result in cancellation of the relevant reward or restriction from future promotions.
Intellectual Property
The /supply name, branding, website design, graphics, text, and other original content provided through our Services remain the property of /supply or their respective rights holders.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, impersonate, or commercially exploit /supply branding or website content without authorization.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in the /supply brand or platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, /supply is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.
This includes, where legally permissible, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, expected purchases, resale opportunities, or losses resulting from actions taken by third-party platforms.
In particular, purchasing an email account from /supply does not guarantee success when using that account with another website, retailer, ticketing platform, automation tool, or service.
Where legally permitted, /supply's aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to /supply for the affected product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Service Refusal & Termination
/supply reserves the right to refuse future orders or restrict access to our Services where reasonably necessary to protect /supply, our customers, payment providers, infrastructure, or third parties.
Reasons may include fraud, attempted fraud, abusive warranty claims, payment abuse, unlawful use, attacks against our infrastructure, harassment of staff, or material violations of these Terms.
Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination.
Changes to Products and Services
/supply may modify, replace, discontinue, or introduce products and features at any time.
Product specifications may change as third-party email platforms and technologies evolve.
Changes will not retroactively remove an explicitly agreed warranty for an existing order unless required by law or otherwise agreed with the customer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, products, business practices, or legal requirements.
The current version will be made available through the /supply website.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when the latest revision became effective.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating /supply, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdictional rules that apply to the customer.
The specific legal entity, registered address, governing law, and competent jurisdiction should be identified in the legal information provided by /supply.
Contact & Support
Questions concerning an order, warranty claim, or these Terms should be submitted through the official /supply support channels.
Customers experiencing an issue with an order should contact Support and provide their order information together with sufficient evidence for the issue to be investigated.
By purchasing from or using /supply, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
